Quality Content & Search Engine Optimisation

To do well in today’s crowded online world, content marketing and search engine optimisation need to work together. Good quality content helps you give valuable information to your audience. This also makes your website easier to find in a search engine. If you want your business to grow, you should match your content marketing with search engine optimisation. That helps you connect to potential customers and stand out online. Read this blog to learn how quality content can help you build a stronger online presence and bring steady results.

The Enduring Power of Content in Modern SEO

Content is now a key part of how SEO works today. If you want good results, you must focus on quality content. Search engines like it when you put the needs of your target audience first. If you give people real useful info instead of just filler, your site will get a better spot in the search results. This helps bring in the right visitors to your website.

Having a strong SEO strategy depends on the importance of content. Your site has to offer value to people looking for answers. This could be from helpful blogs, interesting videos, or simple how-to guides. Posting new content often, and keeping everything up-to-date, will help you keep up with the changes of search engine algorithms. At the same time, you make sure you give your target audience what they need most.

How Search Engines Value Quality Content

Search engines like Google look for quality content. They want to show people the best or most helpful pages for what they are trying to find. To do well, a website should have information that is right, and easy to understand, and that helps people get answers to their questions. This makes it easier for the site to beat others and rank higher. The important thing is to give people the content they are searching for.

Having a good user experience is also important. A website should be set up in a way that makes it easy for everyone to find what they need fast. People want to get answers without having to deal with extra things they do not want. If people spend more time on the site or share its pages, search engines see this as a good sign.

Google and other search engines also check if the content is serious and fits the topic. Pages that get facts right, come from trusted places, and include expert ideas do better. If a website shares high quality content and builds trust, it will show up better in search results and bring businesses closer to the people looking for them.

The Evolution of Content Strategies in the UK Market

In the UK market, it is important to keep your content strategies fresh because industry trends are always changing. People want content marketing that matches what they like and helps solve their problems. If a business can do this, it will be more likely to do well in this tough place.

You must also look at different local needs. For example, people search for things in other ways in busy cities like London compared to places like Durham or Newcastle. Using good data from these places will help your content speak to these people.

The digital world in the UK changes fast. This means businesses must always look for new ways to connect. Try out interactive content and pay attention to new social media options. Keep your content fun and useful to others, and make sure it fits what is popular now. By staying close to industry trends in your delivery, your brand will stand out and keep people interested over the long run.

Understanding What Makes Content “SEO-Friendly”

For content to be truly SEO-friendly, it needs a good mix of strong content structure and smart keyword use. You should break up your material into easy-to-read sections. Do this with headings, subheadings, and short paragraphs. This set up helps your seo content be simple for both people and search engine bots to follow.

On top of that, SEO-friendly content matches what a user wants and gives answers that matter, while keeping quality high. When you use target keywords, you need to use them in the right way. This can help you get better spots on a search engine page, but it should never lower user satisfaction.

Relevance, Authority, and User Intent

The success of SEO depends on how well your content matches what people want to find. Search engines give higher rankings to pages that meet user intent, whether someone is looking for a product, a service, or a source of information. You need to create relevant content to closely match what people are searching for on the web.

To build authority, you must keep making content that is helpful and that people can trust. It is important to not just list facts, but also link to sources people know and trust. Showing you have knowledge in what you talk about will help prove your credibility and make search algorithms notice you.

To stay relevant to your audience, know what problems or needs they have and what they like. When you focus on topics that fit their interests and solve their problems, you keep people coming back, help them stay loyal to your brand, and do better than your competitors.

Balancing Keyword Optimisation with Natural Language

Finding the right balance between keyword optimisation and using your own voice can be tough. If you use too many keywords, or do keyword stuffing, people may leave your site. Search engines can also give you a penalty for this. It is best to use keywords in a way that fits with the flow of the writing.

Using a conversational tone can boost user engagement. People like to read content that feels real and easy to understand, not something that sounds made just for better rankings. Try mixing the keywords with other phrases or synonyms. That way, you can still talk about the same ideas without repeating the same words over and over.

Last, when you write in a natural way and use clear keywords, the content becomes easier to use for everyone. It helps both people and search engines get the message. The main goal is to make your writing clear and helpful. In the end, keywords should help your content, but your text should also make sense and feel friendly.

The Role of Keyword Research in Effective Content Creation

Effective keyword research is about finding the words people often type in when they look for something online. This helps make content that matches what people want and is good for seo purposes. The right keywords act as guides, helping search engines send more organic traffic to your website.

When you pick the right keywords, you look at what your audience wants and how they search. It is not only about getting a high rank. It is about making sure your website gives answers to what people need. If you use these keywords the right way, your site will be seen more and people will feel connected to what you offer.

Tailoring search queries ensures your content attracts the right audience, increasing its relevance. Capitalising on high-impact keywords not only enhances high-impact keywords but strengthens authority within niche markets.

Integrating Keywords without Compromising Readability

Adding your keywords in a natural way helps keep the content interesting. It makes sure you don’t push people away. When you have balance, the value of the information never drops just for better rankings. This is good for user satisfaction.

Don’t write in a stiff or robot-like way. Try to use different words and simple phrases. This keeps your writing from sounding the same all the time. It lets you focus on the keywords. People trust short, good, and easy-to-read writing more.

To get the best results from content creation, match your keywords with strong headings and subheadings. Organising your page this way makes it easier for people to scan. People will join in more, and the page will do better with any search engine.

Crafting Engaging and Valuable Content

Creating engaging content is about mixing good stories with helpful topics. For better user engagement, make sure your work touches people’s feelings and gives valuable content that helps with what they need.

When you make things easy to relate to, you reach the right audience and build trust with them. The key is to always give high value in your content that helps people with their problems in the best way possible.

Storytelling Techniques for Brand Building

Storytelling can turn normal marketing into something people remember. Here is how you can do it:

>>> Show the story of how your brand started and what it stands for, so people feel they can relate.

>>> Share customer testimonials to bring out real-life success with your brand.

>>> Talk about your product’s development in a story form. This gives it a more personal feel.

>>> Add visual elements such as infographics or short videos to your content.

Reach the audience by talking about real-life moments and experiences. This way, you build an emotional bond. Bringing stories into your content marketing builds trust and makes the brand’s look and feel much stronger. The right story can help people remember your brand even more.

Addressing Audience Pain Points and Needs

Recognising pain points helps you connect on a deeper level with your audience. Start by looking into the main problems people face in your field. Find the spots where customers need help.

Create content that gives valuable information and helps solve those problems. You can do this with guides, tutorials, or FAQs that talk about the real things your customers go through. Make sure all your messages stay on topic with what they need.

When you keep making content for the right audience, you build trust and loyalty. People come back to you, and this turns visits into sales. Focus on meeting needs with good content to earn trust and move ahead of others.

Optimising Content for Better Visibility and Rankings

Search engines give more visibility to content that is easy to read and well organied. To get higher rankings, you should work on clear structure and always think about what people are looking for.

When you use better formatting, add images, or include links, your content can be more interesting for both visitors and search engines. This helps bring in steady traffic to your site.

Structuring Content for Readability and Engagement

A well-set page layout can help people have a better time using your site. Make the most of user engagement with these tips:

>>> Split the information into sections. Don’t use large blocks of text.

>>> Use bullet points when you need to share a lot of details.

>>> Add heading tags to show topic changes and highlight the main ideas.

>>> Put in images, videos, or infographics to make the page look good.

When you make your content easy to read, more people will want to interact with it. It can also bring a boost to your SEO performance at the same time.

The Importance of Internal and External Linking

Adding internal linking makes it easy for people to move around your website. It also helps search crawlers index your pages the right way. On the other hand, external linking shows that your site gets its facts from trusted sources. Using both ways is a good move for better seo performance.

When you link pages that talk about similar things, you make your website’s layout better. This lets the search bots find and go through the main parts of your site easily. Always check that your links truly add value and fit well with what you have written.

Link building with other good sites helps others see your website as more reliable. If you keep doing this, your site looks more trustworthy and you may see better rankings. This also makes people happier when they visit your site.

Quality Content & SEO

In the end, having quality content is very important for SEO. Search engines now look for content that is helpful, trusted, and keeps people interested. If you know how to make your writing SEO-friendly, like using the right keywords and adding some storytelling, you can reach your audience better and help more people find you. Also, organizing your content well and using both inside and outside links to other pages helps you move up in the rankings. Going forward, you should know that a strong content strategy is what helps you get the most out of SEO.

Writing the Perfect Blog Post with SEO in Mind
In the ever-evolving world of digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) remains a critical factor for increasing your online visibility and driving organic traffic to your website.

One of the most effective tools in your SEO arsenal is a well-crafted blog post. But how can you write the perfect blog post with SEO in mind? In this guide, we’ll walk you through the essential steps to create content that not only engages your audience but also ranks high on search engines.

1. Keyword Research: The Foundation of SEO
Before you start writing your blog post, conduct thorough keyword research. Keywords are the terms and phrases people type into search engines to find information. Tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs can help you identify relevant keywords and phrases related to your topic. Choose primary and secondary keywords with a balance between search volume and competition.

2. Craft a Captivating Title
Your blog post’s title is the first thing readers see, and it plays a crucial role in SEO. Incorporate your primary keyword naturally into the title while making it engaging and click-worthy. Aim for a title that both entices readers and accurately represents the content of your post.

3. High-Quality Content is King
Now comes the heart of your blog post – the content. Follow these guidelines:

•	Write in a clear, concise, and reader-friendly manner.
•	Organize your content with headings and subheadings (H1, H2, H3, etc.) for better readability and SEO.
•	Use your primary keyword throughout the post but avoid keyword stuffing; ensure it flows naturally.
•	Offer valuable information, insights, or solutions to your readers’ problems.
•	Make your content unique and original – avoid duplicate content.
•	Aim for a word count that thoroughly covers the topic without unnecessary fluff, typically around 1,500 to 2,500 words.

4. Optimize for On-Page SEO
On-page SEO involves optimising various elements within your blog post:

•	Meta Title and Description: Craft a compelling meta title and description that incorporate your primary keyword.
•	URL Structure: Create a clean and descriptive URL that includes the keyword.
•	Image Optimization: Use descriptive file names and alt tags for images, including keywords when relevant.
•	Internal and External Links: Link to other relevant posts on your website (internal links) and authoritative external sources.
•	Mobile Optimization: Ensure your content is mobile-friendly as Google prioritizes mobile-first indexing.
•	Page Load Speed: Faster loading times improve user experience and SEO rankings.

5. Engage Your Audience
Engagement metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and social shares impact SEO. To keep readers on your page:

•	Include multimedia elements like images, videos, and infographics.
•	Encourage comments and discussion.
•	Use bullet points, lists, and white space to break up text.
•	Ask questions or prompt readers to take action.

6. Promote and Share
After publishing your blog post, promote it through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and online communities. The more exposure your post receives, the higher the chances of attracting organic backlinks – an essential element of SEO.

7. Monitor and Update
SEO is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor your blog post’s performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Track rankings, click-through rates, and user engagement. If necessary, update your content to keep it fresh and relevant.

Writing the perfect blog post with SEO in mind involves a combination of keyword research, high-quality content creation, on-page optimization, and promotion. By following these steps and continuously refining your approach, you can create blog posts that not only rank well on search engines but also engage and resonate with your target audience.

Remember, SEO is a long-term strategy, so be patient and persistent in your efforts to see the best results.

In today’s digital age, creating good quality and authoritative content for your website is crucial for the success of your online presence. The content on your website is what sets you apart from your competitors and helps establish your brand’s identity. It is also the main tool for attracting and retaining visitors to your site, improving your search engine rankings, and ultimately driving sales or conversions.

However, creating high-quality content is not as simple as putting pen to paper or fingers to keyboard. It requires a strategic approach, careful planning, and execution. In this article, we will explore some of the key elements of creating good quality and authoritative content for your website.

Define your target audience
Before you start creating content, it’s essential to identify and define your target audience. Understanding who your audience is and what they are interested in will help you create content that resonates with them and keeps them engaged. You can use tools such as Google Analytics or social media analytics to gain insights into your audience’s demographics, interests, and online behavior.

Once you have a clear understanding of your target audience, you can create content that addresses their needs, interests, and pain points. For example, if your audience is interested in sustainable living, you can create content on eco-friendly products, sustainable fashion, or green living tips.

Conduct keyword research
Keyword research is the process of identifying the words and phrases that people use to search for content related to your industry or niche. By conducting keyword research, you can identify the terms that your audience is searching for and create content that targets those keywords.

Tools such as Google Keyword Planner or Ahrefs can help you identify relevant keywords and their search volume. Once you have identified your target keywords, you can create content that includes those keywords and improves your chances of ranking higher in search engine results pages (SERPs).

However, it’s important to avoid keyword stuffing or using keywords unnaturally in your content. Google’s algorithm is sophisticated enough to identify spammy or low-quality content and may penalise your site for using unethical SEO practices.

Focus on quality over quantity
While it may be tempting to churn out a high volume of content to keep your website fresh and updated, it’s essential to focus on quality over quantity. High-quality content is what keeps visitors coming back to your site, establishes your authority in your niche, and improves your search engine rankings.

To create high-quality content, focus on creating in-depth, well-researched, and engaging articles or blog posts that provide value to your audience. Use authoritative sources to back up your claims, and provide unique insights or perspectives that are not readily available elsewhere.

Use multimedia content
Using multimedia content such as images, videos, or infographics can help break up the text and make your content more engaging and visually appealing. Multimedia content can also help illustrate complex concepts or data in a more accessible format.

However, it’s important to ensure that your multimedia content is relevant and adds value to your article or blog post. Avoid using stock photos or generic images that don’t add anything to your content. Instead, use custom graphics or high-quality images that enhance your content and make it more memorable.

Optimise for search engines
Optimising your content for search engines is essential if you want your website to rank higher in SERPs and attract more organic traffic. Some key elements of on-page SEO include:
Using relevant and targeted keywords in your content, titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags.

Creating a clear and descriptive meta description that summarises the content of your article or blog post.

Using header tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.) to structure your content and make it more readable.

Optimising your images by using descriptive file names and alt tags that include your target keywords.

Focus on readability
In addition to optimising your content for search engines, it’s essential to focus on readability and make your content easy to consume for your audience. Some key elements of improving readability include:

>>> Breaking up your content into shorter paragraphs and using subheadings to organise your content.
>>> Using bullet points or numbered lists to present information in a more digestible format.
>>> Using a readable font and font sise that is easy on the eyes.
>>> Avoiding jargon or technical terms that may be difficult for your audience to understand.
Be consistent

Consistency is key when it comes to creating content for your website. Regularly updating your website with fresh and relevant content can help keep visitors coming back and improve your search engine rankings. Set a content schedule and stick to it, whether it’s publishing one blog post per week or updating your website with new product descriptions every month.

Consistency also means maintaining a consistent tone and voice across your website. Establishing a consistent brand voice can help create a cohesive identity and build trust with your audience.

Promote your content
Creating high-quality content is just the first step. You also need to promote your content and get it in front of your target audience. Some key elements of content promotion include:

>>> Sharing your content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
>>> Guest posting on relevant blogs or websites to reach a wider audience.
>>> Building an email list and sending out newsletters or updates that promote your latest content.
>>> Using paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads to promote your content to a targeted audience.

Engage with your audience
Engaging with your audience is essential if you want to build a loyal following and establish yourself as an authority in your niche. Some key elements of audience engagement include:

>>> Responding to comments or messages on your website or social media platforms.
>>> Encouraging user-generated content such as product reviews or testimonials.
>>> Hosting webinars, Q&A sessions, or live events that allow you to interact with your audience in real-time.
>>> Asking for feedback or suggestions from your audience to improve your content and website.

Continuously evaluate and improve
Finally, it’s essential to continuously evaluate and improve your content strategy to ensure that it’s meeting your goals and resonating with your audience. Some key elements of evaluating and improving your content strategy include:

>>> Analysing your website traffic and engagement metrics to identify what content is resonating with your audience and what isn’t.
>>> Testing different types of content formats, such as videos or podcasts, to see what works best for your audience.
>>> Incorporating feedback from your audience into your content strategy and making changes accordingly.
>>> Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that your content strategy is relevant and effective.

Moving ahead, creating good quality and authoritative content for your website is a crucial element of establishing your online presence, building trust with your audience, and driving sales or conversions. By following these key elements, you can create content that resonates with your audience, improves your search engine rankings, and establishes you as an authority in your niche.

Filling up your pages with fluff and self-promotional clichés may be the stuff of TV commercials and print advertisement but is not useful for search engine or human consumption.

If your website content is unoriginal, auto-generated, “spun” (taking the same article and having it rewritten to basically say the same things with a few minor changes) or otherwise devoid of real value – not only will it not do well in search results, your website might also be penalized by search engines.

Creating worthwhile content, original and well-written is becoming a more and more critical component of a web page and a website as a whole.

There are several reasons for this:

•	Original content, with chosen keywords used naturally and modestly, is given higher value in search results. As mentioned before, search engines give low rankings to sites that try to cheat with the overuse of keywords, also known as keyword stuffing.

•	Worthwhile, updated and regularly added content is also another SEO strategy. Websites that regularly update and add good content to their site will rank higher in search results than old, stale content that has not been revisited or updated by the writer.

•	The more informational, useful, well-written and otherwise valuable content a website has, the more opportunities to receive inbound links from other sites, which is an extremely important ranking factor.

•	The more content a website has, the more opportunity for deep links – which are widely accepted as one of the most important factors in SEO. Deep links are backlinks that link to internal sections, subsections of your website. It serves to prove to Google et al that specific and targeted information has been found, read and linked to by another site that finds this content valuable.

If you own a business, or are monetising a blog, then obviously you have expert information about a particular subject.

The more valuable content you provide your visitors, the better it is for your website.

Essentially, you must put your audience ahead of conversion rates, sales, or other typical business priorities. Your sales and other business goals must result from offering expertise, valuable information and insight; not from content that is “sales forward”.

This really works both for the search engines and your targeted audience.

All About Quality Content.
You’ve probably heard the phrase ‘quality content’ bandied around a lot over the last couple of years, especially in the context of ‘Google loves quality content’. But what does this phrase really mean?

How can a machine learning algorithm determine whether an article is ‘good’ or not? Well, it will never judge for personal taste of course, but there are some technical things you can do to make sure your content is deemed worthy, not just to anonymous digital spider crawlers but also real human readers too.

1) The most important element when it comes to creating content that ranks highly, write for human readers, not search engines. Increasingly Google is moving away from giving keywords top priority when it comes to ranking signals and is instead giving preference to the user experience.

How do you achieve this?

2) Don’t overstuff your page with keywords and phrases, while shoe-horning in as many variations as possible. Instead, write something a reader can genuinely engage with and enjoy or learn from. This is what will keep a visitor on your page, navigate further around your site, and ultimately share your very well-written content.

3) Grammar and spelling: an obvious one sure, but it’s vital to double-check spelling and grammar with a thorough spell-check AND proof-read from a fresh pair of eyes. Google will probably spot multiple glaring mistakes, but more importantly, if you’re making multiple typos then visitors will trust your content less.

Readability

4) It’s worth checking your content against the Flesch reading ease test. This will give your content a score based on how well it can be understood by readers. Although this hasn’t been explicitly stated by Google as a ranking signal, Yoast uses the test in its WordPress SEO tool and it’s certainly something to consider when you’re trying to improve readability.

You probably want to be aiming for a readability score above 60%.

readability score

Yoast also offers a number of other recommendations to improve the readability of your text, these include:

5) Keep your sentences short. Make sure that no more than 25% of your sentences contain more than 20 words.

6) Keep your paragraphs short. Make sure each paragraph doesn’t exceed the recommended maximum of 150 words. It’s worth double-checking that any lengthy paragraphs are covering only one particular topic.

7) Use an active voice. Only 10% of your sentences should be written in the passive tense.

8) If using subheadings, make sure the number of words following each of the subheadings don’t exceed the recommended maximum of 300 words.

9) Try to make sure that roughly 50% of your sentences contain a transition word.

Formatting

10) White space: when writing for the internet, break up your paragraphs as often as possible. Lots of white space makes reading text on mobile phones a heck of a lot easier (more than half of most websites’ traffic comes from mobile), and clearly formatted articles are used as a Google ranking signal.

11) Opening paragraph: this shouldn’t be longer than one or two sentences. Make sure the thing you’re writing about is mentioned in the first sentence (i.e. your focus keyword or phrase). I like to bold the first paragraph to make it distinct.

12) Subheadings: use plenty of subheadings to break up the text. Follow a logical order of h2 and h3 tags.

h2 and h3 tags

13) Bullet points and numbered lists: this helps break up the text and makes a page more readable. Remember: nobody ever skips bullet points.

Length

14) It’s perhaps time to ditch the long-held notion that the minimum word count should be 300 words per post.

The latest research from Searchmetrics on ranking factors indicates that Google is moving further towards longer-form content that understands a visitor’s intention as a whole. Short posts naturally won’t be going into anything in great detail, so the length is an obvious signal.

According to Searchmetrics, the average text length of the top 30 pages has increased by 25% since 2014. Posts in the top 10 exceeded a word count of 1,285.

Refreshing Page Content & SEO.
Many webmasters believe that SEO can be stopped and started like a train, due to budget limitations or to put money into other projects.

There are consequences, however, to putting the brakes on SEO. This is especially true when the momentum has started and you’re making breakthroughs with increased revenue, more leads and more traffic arriving on your site.

When a page is properly refreshed, you can expect to see a 10% – 30% increase in traffic. In some cases, it can be more. This is due to Google viewing the new text and ranking the page higher due to the increased value of it. A page can be refreshed in a number of different ways including the following:

> Updating facts, dates and general information
> Adding a frequently-asked-question section
> Providing additional text
> Changing the template of the page
> Providing article links
> Adding schema

Refreshing a page successfully involves making sure that the content on the page matches the intent of the search and ensuring that the page is even better than the page that is currently ranking in the first position on Google Search.

Another consequence of stopping your SEO marketing is the loss of content that others can share on social media website’s. This negatively affects the amount of social media traffic and shares generated by your company.

Also, people will not be driven back to your website to see any new posts and this reduces the searches made for your brand, which is seen as a bad indicator by Google. Content must be created consistently or else Google will think that you have given up on your website.

Refreshing Page Content & SEO
Capturing your readers’ interest with your content is an essential aspect of content marketing and social media, and ideally should lead these readers to become loyal and devoted customers in the future.

Put Unique Content Above The Fold: Google.
Google’s John Mueller advises site owners that a webpage should have at least some unique content in the above the fold area.

How important is it for the above the fold content to be unique on each page?

Unique Content Above The Fold
As it turns out, Google considers it fairly important that at least some content above the fold is unique to the page it’s on. This is recommended by Google’s John Mueller during the weekly SEO hangout recorded on June 4.

“The important part for us is really that there is some amount of unique content in the above the fold area. So if you have a banner on top, and you have a generic hero image on top, that’s totally fine. But some of the above the fold content should be unique for that page.

And that could be something like a heading that’s visible in a minimum case. But at least some of the above the fold content should be unique. So that’s kind of the guidance that we have in that regard.”

However, it’s unrealistic for a site to have 100% unique content above the fold of every webpage. Plus, there’s always going to be content that’s repeated across multiple pages, such as a navigation menu, or a banner, or other elements that typically appear at the top of a page.

If your site’s design limits you to a small amount of custom content in the above the fold area, aim to include something that’s useful for ranking purposes.

Including something that’s relevant to what the page should rank for may prove to be an effective strategy.

Creating Worthwhile Content
Filling up your pages with fluff and self-promotional clichés may be the stuff of TV commercials and print advertisement but is not useful for a search engine or human consumption. The fact is, creating worthwhile content, is a very important part of effective SEO.

Google Confirms a Bug Preventing New Content from Being Indexed
Google is experiencing a major issue at the moment which is preventing new content from being indexed in search results. The bug was spotted earlier this morning, and is especially evident when using the ‘Past hour’ search filter.

Google has now confirmed it’s experiencing indexing issues and provide more information when it’s available. Here’s Google’s statement:

“We’re currently experiencing indexing issues that may cause stale search results in some cases. We’ll update this thread when we can provide more information.”

So this is about as big as indexing issues can get, save for the entire index vanishing.

Not to mention its far from Google’s only indexing issue as of late. Just last month there was an ongoing indexing error which caused a significant number of pages to be deindexed.

Around the same time that error was resolved, another issue was found that affected the indexed pages report. It took over two weeks for that error to be fixed, and data during the time the error occurred is now unusable.

With all these errors happening around the same time, one can’t help but wonder if these might be signs of a much larger issue.

Search engines are getting smarter and that’s a good thing. The companies that are now being rewarded with great rankings in search results are the ones that actually deserve it. They are able to digest and understand Web content far better than they once were. Producing and distributing valuable content is now vital for search engine optimisation. Therefore, content marketing has huge implications for a successful SEO strategy.

Simply put, content marketing is creating and sharing unique, relevant content online.

Content marketing is one of the most profitable ways to showcase your business to the web. By creating high-quality content, your website will gain more backlinks from other websites, thus boosting your rankings in Google search results. With pieces of content, you can build a bigger audience to your website through social media, also. The more traffic you can pull into your website, the more people will avail of your products or services.

The end goal is to attract qualified Web traffic that’s searching for the answers that you’re addressing. This includes producing blog posts, videos, FAQs, whitepapers, tutorials, etc so that searchers can arrive at your online channels through a variety of ways.

Content marketing generates inbound leads as opposed to chasing them with traditional marketing.
